Workshop – Luxembourg for Finance and the Nordic Blockchain Association.
On 15 May 2025, Julie Bourgeois, Head of Legal and Compliance at 6 Monks (6M), participated in the “DLT Impact and Opportunities for Asset Managers” workshop, part of the Tokenisation & Digital Assets event co-hosted by Luxembourg for Finance and the Nordic Blockchain Association at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm.
Moderated by Isadora Pardo (ALFI), the session gathered industry leaders to discuss how DLT and tokenisation are reshaping asset management, particularly in light of the MiCA regulation’s recent implementation. Julie shared her expertise on the regulatory opportunities and operational challenges that digital assets present for asset managers, drawing from 6 Monks’ experience in structuring tokenised fund solutions within a compliant AIFM framework.
