Cross Border Conference for UK Managers – Distribution of regulated crypto funds : Where we are now?
On September 23, Quentin Werlé, joined a high-level panel at the Cross-Border Conference for UK Managers in London, to discuss the topic: “Distribution of Regulated Crypto Funds: Where Are We Now?”
Alongside Mandy Chiu (21Shares), Sayuri Ganesarajah (Hivemind Capital Partners), and Ryan Ebner (Forteus), Quentin shared his views on the current state of the crypto fund landscape in the UK and EU, the impact of MiCA and UK regulatory frameworks, and the challenges of building compliant distribution channels in a still-evolving market.
The panel also explored market infrastructure developments, key players enabling fund access, and practical compliance solutions for asset managers navigating this complex environment. Quentin provided insights from 6 Monks’ experience as a Luxembourg-regulated AIFM at the forefront of crypto fund structuring and cross-border distribution.
