Clifford Chance & LPEA Panel on DLT in Fund Operations

vest

On 30 October 2025, we took part in the seminar “Digital Assets: Key Considerations for Funds Practitioners”, co-organized by Clifford Chance and the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA).

The event brought together legal experts, industry leaders, and regulators to explore the impact of digital assets on fund operations, with a particular focus on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), tokenisation, custody solutions, and the evolving regulatory landscape.

6 Monks contributed to the panel “DLT as a Tool for Digitalisation”, alongside:

Olivier Portenseigne, CEO, FundsDLT
Christophe Lepitre, CEO, IZNES
Anne-Lise Vandevoir, Counsel, Clifford Chance

The panel discussed how DLT is transforming the fund industry by enabling secure, transparent, and efficient processes, and examined real-world applications already in motion within regulated frameworks.
